Withdraw funds to your bank account

To easily withdraw funds to your bank account, follow these steps: 

Please note: If you haven’t added a bank account for your selected currency, you’ll first need to add one which can take up to 1 business day to approve.  You won’t be able to withdraw funds until you’ve completed this step.

1. Go to your account dashboard and click Withdraw funds in the Balances on the left hand side of the page. 
2. Select which currency you would like to withdraw from. 
3. Enter the total amount you’d like to withdraw. 
4. Select the currency and corresponding bank account you’d like to send the funds to. Click Next.
5. On the next screen, review all withdrawal details including the conversion rate and click Submit. 

6. You should then receive a text message to your mobile phone number with a 6-digit code. Enter this 6-digit code in the two factor authentication pop-up screen and click Confirm. Your funds will then be sent to your bank account.
