Before LL Pay UK can accept any funds sent to your account you will need to set up a Standing Payment Order (see What is a Standing Payment Order?) and a Nominated Bank Account.
Your Standing Payment Order is created when you open an account and confirms that each amount received, regardless of currency, will be withdrawn to your Nominated Bank Account if it is not transferred within 120 days.
You can transfer funds by converting to another currency, sending to another wallet or bank account, withdrawing to your own account, or paying a bill.
To see or update your Nominated Bank Account:
- Go to Settings in the top right-hand corner and select Bank Account.
Your Nominated Bank Account can be identified from the blue 'Nominated' tag. You cannot delete your Nominated Bank Account.
- To select a new Nominated Bank Account, click on the three dots next to the account, and select 'Set as Nominated account'
- You will be shown the following reminder, select OK.
- You will be asked to confirm a new Standing Payment Order by clicking 'Set up standing payment order'
